Folheto Acesso aberto (Open Access) Nortes para criação de um serviço virtual de resposta por demanda de informação empresarial(Instituto de Desenvolvimento Econômico, Social e Ambiental do Pará - IDESP, 2010) BARROS, Lucivaldo VasconcelosThis work intends to propose a management model based on the sharing of knowledge and technologies for micro and small firms in Pará, from the design of a virtual service answer for business information demand as a tool of support, innovation and development for the State of Pará. It uses the methodology of the Brazilian Service for Technical Answers of the Brazilian Institute of Information Science and Technology, aiming as a result, guidelines and public policies for strengthening and consolidation of the State Information Service of the Economic, Social and Environmental Institute of Pará. It concludes that the information management emerges as an important element in treatment of exponential data volume on the Internet, many times available, but of dubious quality or ineffective in use, that justifies the implementation of a service like this in order to allow better distribution and higher capillarity of information to users of enterprise segment, by a lower and democratic cost, aside from enrich the economics activity produtive processes.Capítulo de Livro Acesso aberto (Open Access) Sistema de informação de saneamento básico no Brasil(2020) CONDURÚ, Marise Teles; PEREIRA, José Almir Rodrigues; NYLANDER, João Diego Alvarez; NATIVIDADE, Rafaela Carvalho daIt analyzes the Brazilian Government’s basic sanitation information system and its importance for the management of the sector, observing the quality, access and applicability of information recommended in the National Basic Sanitation Policy. The research was bibliographic, documentary and exploratory, with a qualitative approach to contribute with the necessary actions for the best performance of the sector. In the analysis of the information flow was verified the need to improve the registration and availability of data in real time in the current National Sanitation Information System (SNIS). Furthermore, the delay in implementing the National Basic Sanitation Information System (SINISA) has hampered the collection, obtaining, systematization and dissemination of information in the planning and management of the sector. It was concluded that SINISA is an opportunity to adapt the current information flow to the objectives and needs for the effective development of public policy in the basic sanitation sector in Brazil.
