This paper intends to expose the concept and occurrence of a communicational and technological phenomenon that is increasingly applied in society, especially in the educational area. Such a phenomenon is called transmedia. Through the exploratory research method with students from Breves, Marajó Island (Pará countryside), we noticed the presence and importance of transmedia in school daily life, especially during the moments of research and exposure of the contents.
